Successful Management of Tubal Ectopic Pregnancy

Mrs. Seema presented to our facility on May 23, 2025, diagnosed with a right tubal ectopic pregnancy—a condition that poses serious risks of rupture and internal hemorrhage if not treated immediately. Our gynecological surgical team conducted a thorough evaluation and proceeded with a specialized Laparotomy with Salpingotomy While the priority was the patient's immediate safety, our surgical approach was meticulously planned to protect her future reproductive health. The surgery was performed without complications. However, the true success of this case was confirmed during the 3-month follow-up. A Hysterosalpingography (HSG) test revealed an excellent outcome: the fallopian tubes were confirmed to be patent (open). This crucial diagnostic result means the patient has successfully retained her potential for natural conception. She is now medically cleared and prepared for future pregnancy planning, turning a medical emergency into a story of hope.
